Flip 4 was the initial spokesman. The sound quality caught me off guard right away. It is honest, but lacks impact. I dumped it and upgraded to a Charge 3. I did well in the arcade but was instantly let down when I got home. The lows, highs, and mids just weren't there. No amount of equalizers helped. On the surface, this makes sense. I thought maybe I was being too critical; give it another listen and you might find something to enjoy. But no. Returned it after 10 days. So, I was in Fourth Command. We're talking about some seriously succulent, high-quality sound here. The lights on the street were off. The street value of 3 is acceptable. It's perfectly fine to listen to when walking down the street, but it's less than pleasant when you get home. Purchasing Charge 4 was a wise decision.
