Review on 🔪 FOSSIBOT 7-Inch Santoku Knife: High-Carbon VG10 Steel Core, Hammered Damascus Blade, Blue Resin Handle - Gift Boxed by Jackie Barker

The knife looks great from a few feet away. It's sharp on arrival and will work well, but up close it looks cheap. I am a professional knife sharpener and while the blade was sharp there was room for improvement. I understand this is a stock knife so it's forgivable. The first picture is the factory edge, the second is my sharpness. The third frame shows the FAUX "Damascus" etching. This is a misleading addition that this is Damascus because it is not. The price is about $15 higher than it should be. In general the knife is ok but the price is too high. The fit and finish is great on the handle and "cheap looking" on the blade.
