***The kiwis in the photo were cut in less than a minute! I rarely write product reviews, but I am very satisfied with this product! First of all, I do not use the dies knife that comes with it. It's too small for the kiwis I buy. I use a regular knife and cut the kiwi in half. I then use this device to finish him off. It removes all of the kiwi from the skin. There are never lost kiwis! It's a little tricky to use on underripe kiwis, but it works even on slightly chewy kiwis. I just love how much time I save and that it cuts the halves into 4 pieces.
