Took me about 2 hours to install them. Disassembling a 15-inch MacBook Pro is not difficult, but it is tedious and requires a lot of patience and the right tools. But once installed and reassembled, they sounded good for about the first 10 minutes, then the sound gradually became hoarse and raspy. worse than my blown OEM speakers. I'm disappointed because I spent 2 hours installing poor quality speakers. Apple OEM speakers are a bit more expensive, but you don't have to worry about buying such poor quality speakers and wasting money or time installing them if you do it yourself.
