Disappointed in COMOWARE's Unsatisfactory Performance

I've been a COMOWARE customer for a while now, and I'm sorry to report that my interactions with the company have been less than stellar. The quality of their customer service, however, leaves much to be desired in contrast to the quality of their selection of tools and home improvement goods. Over the years, I have had many problems with my purchases, including those that were either incomplete or arrived damaged. I'm frustrated and unsatisfied because their customer service is slow to react and often ineffective. In addition, while I have found some of their goods to be of satisfactory quality, I have been disappointed by others. Some of the power tool attachments are very flimsy and have broken on me after only a few uses. While COMOWARE may offer some passable items, I have a hard time recommending them because of their mediocre customer support and erratic quality control. They need to work on their customer care and the quality of their products.
