So far so good + updating payment plan information

Set up was very easy and although a bit fiddly my 10kg cat doesn't seem to mind. It was gone for 2 weeks earlier this month so after a quick check we decided to give this tracker a try based on price and range. While you CAN subscribe to a certain type of plan for $5/month, other plans are up to $12/month more expensive. With the lowest plan, it's ONLY $5 per month when you pay 2 years in advance. If you want to pay monthly or just for a year, the price will be higher. The price is also higher for all the advanced features the app offers. If you want to insure the product (to be able to replace the product in case of damage/theft etc.) that's +$2 per month. I was a little confused and disappointed when signing up for a plan and would have preferred if the details of each plan offered were clearly stated in the product description. Aside from that one complaint about pricing transparency, the product itself seems to work great. and offers us peace of mind with our stray kitten. UPDATE 1: We've been using the tracker for 3 days now. Of course, we were very interested in seeing where our little kitten goes when he's not at home, so we actively used the real-time tracking mode. With regular use, the battery in the tracker lasted 2 days. The second night we charged it as it dropped to 22% which is VERY handy and shows up on the app tracking page to let you know when it's time to charge your device. The device was fully charged in less than an hour. With a little use of the live tracking feature, I expect the tracker to last 4-5 days before needing a charge. With heavy use, we easily survived 2 days. We learned about my cat's daily commutes, hunting and play areas, and how far she travels. This helped us understand why he didn't hear us call at night when it was time to come. He was gone last night. Using the tracker, I was able to track his whereabouts (and mine on the phone) and walk across the block to call him. He heard me and instead of staying up all night he answered my calls and returned home. We successfully escorted him home two nights in a row even though he was almost 4 miles from home. Thanks to the tracker, we knew we had to go where he could hear us. We added his normal routine to his virtual fence so we know if he's outside of his normal zone. I love that you can create multiple fences. We have one for a shared home and yard, a second for an extended area (a phone call from our backyard), and a solid "range" fence. I will keep updating. So far we are very happy with the tracker and I would give it 5 stars again if payment plans were set before purchase. The plans are reasonable, especially considering the device itself isn't expensive. I would ask the seller to update your product description to include available plans to avoid confusion.
