I have a German Shepherd and bought a 36 inch cage. The inside size was good and it fitted quite well in length and width. The height was a little too short for her. She's in the car most of the time so it didn't matter except she had to duck to get out of the box. If the side flaps could go up about 2 inches more that would be fine. But my dog didn't like touching her back when trying to get out of the cage and started refusing to get in one and another that was taller but the drawer was easy to install and remove. It looks like it was done quite well. I love the pockets on the side, which I use to store towels, water bowls, treats, lunch bags, etc. I love that it has 3 doors. We mostly use this drawer in my car which needs a wide opening. But I also use them. This box I can take to competitions and on vacation, so it's nice to be able to rotate the box the way I want. I also liked the large amount of mesh on the sides of the drawer without a zipper, because it promotes air circulation, especially in the car.
