The first set I ordered came right out of the box. The latch stayed compressed so the core fell out every time I unlatched it. I took it apart and adjusted the spring a bit and then reinstalled the core and all is good now. Also, sometimes one of the keys gets stuck and I have to wiggle it a bit to get it out. the second key doesn't, and neither does the first set I have. Overall I would say it deserves 4 stars for the price and quality.
