I bought a lathe as a gift for my husband, he loves it! It is smooth and quiet and does its job perfectly. Now he conjures up Christmas presents for the whole family! Edit: I've wanted to update this review for months, so let's get started. The lathe didn't come with the pusher, tried to contact the seller, they stopped responding after I told them it was missing. The large (7 inch) handpiece broke while twisting the tip! FEATHER! The carriage bolt is too short to allow adjustment (tightening) and now the threads are stripped. It's impossible to replace the part with a screw, so I have to weld it. The engine stalls several times on each project due to overheating. In general, DO NOT waste your money.
