A good budget option when they come with a kit.

These are great value decorative embroidery hoops. I think it's good for the price, but I missed the small decorative handle. It's not bad, but the handles are a little flimsy, so I can see how they can easily break or get lost in the packaging. They are a little tricky to open and position the nitrogen when you reattach the ring. It may be easier to sew another frame first and then switch to this one after you're done sewing.
