The neck is not adjustable.

The neck opening is small and not adjustable. I ordered this long sleeve bib in the Medium (12-36 months) category. It fits her now at 17 months...but 36 months might be a bit within reach for her size. It is not adjustable and does not stretch. It is made of 100% polyester and is easy to wash. I really like drawing sea creatures. Very cute and gender neutral. Good quality, just wish it could be customized.
