Not worth it: my feedback

Edit:I try and always write the most accurate reviews that reflect my experiences and opinions. After returning the scooter, Hiboy support reached out and offered me a free scooter in hopes I would update this review. I am updating this review. They sent me the S2 pro, which is not really a comparable scooter to the titan pro. It is a decent scooter that seems to be of better quality than similar scooters. I believe this illustrates they do care about customers and their products. I appreciate the gesture and can say I was surprised by the good support, but am not able to update my below thoughts on the titan pro as it is still a scooter I wouldn't recommend. The scooter is fun and rides well, but ultimately it's just not worth it. Even if this scooter was under $1000 I'd still opt to spend more to get something that is going to last. This scooter rattled lose every time you road it. You needed to tighten the stem at every stop. Kick-stand fell off. The rear tire went flat (happens) but the design of the scooter makes it extremely challenging to replace tubes. You can't even fit the smallest air pump fitting between the brake caliper and the air stem to fill it up with air.For very little more you can get a more durable scooter with more power, battery life, and a warranty.Other things that competitors have that had me wanting more, dual charging or fast charger options, oh, and an actual controller that is designed for the scooter. Why is the hiboy showing that I'm always in Pedal Assist Mode? Returned and wouldn't recommend this scooter.

I have been riding this scooter daily for almost 6 months without issue. My last 2 scooters couldn''t handle daily riding and fell apart. This thing is built to last, and can take what I throw at it and then some. If you are looking for something that will get you to and from places quickly, and can also handle rough and bumpy terrain, then this is the scooter for you.
