The best thing about QualNow is that it helps us understand our target audiences in detail. We can segment them based on their needs, interests, demographics, etc. QualNow also provides detailed reports which are very helpful to analyze our target audience on an individual level. It's not possible to set up multiple surveys on one account. Since there are no additional features available, I would suggest sticking with Qualtrics or another similar tool. If you're looking for a good platform to understand your audience better, then use Qualnow. We have been able to understand our customers' needs and requirements in-depth by using Qualnow.
