At first I thought my son overreacted when I cut his hair and told me how it stretched. mainly because none of them enjoy a haircut. Well after cutting my husband's hair today I realized this product is just awful. There is nothing about that! He never complains, squeezed and winced a few times and checked his head for blood. yes, it was that bad! I'm surprised at all the good reviews. I carefully followed the instructions, starting with the highest score and gradually going down to 3. I even moved very slowly. This can work for people with normal hair but if your hair has a touch of thickness or coarseness. stay away from it. That hurts! Oh and noise. It's almost as loud as a vacuum cleaner. how would anyone want that right next to their ears?! Just awful! I waited a week too long to reach the return window. I'm just shocked that this is actually for sale!
