Carefully! There is a terrible smell coming from the lid.

I like the jars as they are airtight but mine has a horrible smell that seems to be coming from the lid - I think it's the inner plastic holding the seal. It is so strong that it causes the food stored in it to smell bad and taste strange. I had to throw away what was kept inside. I have washed them many times but they still smell. I won't be using them and have already thrown away the packaging so I can't return them. I give 1 star because of the smell.

Pros

BPA free and food safe. Vtopmart storage containers are made from durable plastic, are BPA free and will last longer than many other brands of plastic containers. Transparent containers allow you to conveniently see what's inside, you can easily get what you want without having to open each container.
