Love the design and the stainless steel; However, I use this doorstop/latch to hold open an outward opening French patio door. The magnet is too weak to keep the door open even in a light wind. Make sure you know how many pounds of force the magnet will hold and your performance specifications. Had to step down and order a marine grade stainless steel door latch/stopper that will hold over 25 pounds. I believe this product will work great indoors with no wind.
