10 cup mug perfect for making dipping sauces and more. For me I found the motor to be very powerful and the ingredients to mix very well. Having owned other food processors before, this is the best I have ever owned. One more thing: the motor is quiet but powerful. BENEFITS: + NUT MILL - I love grinding up cashews, walnuts and almonds and then adding them to sauces, this device does a great job of chopping nuts.* You. In fact, you can grind them in a food processor until the nuts are almost the consistency of flour + puree soups - I stir veggies in it and add spices and it turns out to be a very smooth puree soup + milkshakes/smoothies - like a blender, and better yet, I add my ice and milk to make a very tasty smoothie. It is also excellent for making fruit smoothies + pesto/sauces. I make the perfect pesto in this food processor. Here I add almonds just for the pesto flavor and it's that good! Very good food processor and highly recommended!
