More suitable vomit bag
A vomit bag of a much more realistic size than those provided on the plane. When I threw up in those little sandwich bags they give out on planes and my lunch blew up, I figured I'd never burp on the passenger next to me again. I decided to take them with me and pack a few in my carry-on. There is now enough room to blow out parts without fear of overspray.
