In the end this is a good product and I am happy with it. However, I gave this purchase 4 stars instead of 5 because the description of the mat was confusing and I had to go online to finally figure out the correct installation! The bottom line is if you have a Ford Expedition King Ranch with a BANK in the second row you will need to trim this mat to fit. If you go to the real Husky site they have a .pdf file showing this; The real problem lies in the Revain description. To save time, cut out a "square" at the top; It's a square with 2 holes. (See image) When cut out it will fit snugly on the middle seat in the 2nd row.
