Review on Summer Infant Multi Use Walk Thru Bronze by Jose Schweigert

Our family consists of two adult dogs and five rescue dogs. Unfortunately, the two dogs do not like each other at all. It went so far that you got a nasty laceration. A behaviorist will come to us and advise us on this problem, but in the meantime we must constantly keep the two dogs apart. It is perfect for this use. It's strong enough that even our largest dog (not the attacker) can't open or knock it over. We don't have an ideal place for it since the empty walls in our corridor opened to the doors from the opposite side. The only alternative would be to move the large bookshelf that we have no other place for. So oblique. (See photo for views from both sides). This is a well made product that is much heavier and looks better than expected. I have arthritis in my hands and the only part I had a little trouble with was getting the tension discs tight enough against the wall. They ended up helping me with this part. I am planning to buy another one to separate the living/kitchen area. Note that there is a gap and the gate will not engage until there is sufficient tension on both sides. There is a notice at the gate about this but I was skeptical and concerned that I received a faulty product. Luckily it didn't, and with the correct voltage set everything was fine. I would give even more stars if I could. This is an excellent product!
