I use their mop and sometimes if I'm lucky I find a newer one that works great for cleaning windows given the cold temperature outside.

I go to the gas station in the middle of winter, use their scraper and sometimes, if I'm lucky, I find a newer one that works great in the low temperatures outside to clear out my windows of salt left behind, no , not to mention how many other customers are using it. Now I buy this product, upscale, about $17 plus. Winter again. First I soaked the mop in warm water. Then he took a bucket of window cleaner and washed the windows in the garage. Part of the scraper is ribbed and terrible. Works bad. My question is, am I willing to pay for a quality product that I initially thought I would buy, but why can't I find a product that the best gas stations use? ?
