Review on CDEFG 2016-2019 2020 Ridgeline 8-Inch Tempered Glass Navigation Screen Protector - High Clarity, Anti-Scratch, Silk-Screen Printing Technology, Center Touch by Carlos Deuschle

This screen is NOT perfect for 2020 Ridgeline infotainment displays. It is smaller than the real screen and the black frame blocks the icons on the screen. It has large air pockets that are not "sucked up" like the instructions oddly say. In order for the power button and other controls on the left side of the screen not to be blocked by the black border around the screen protector, I had to sacrifice symmetry. I chose to orient the protective film more to the left and up to have a full view of the controls. I had to fight all the OCD demons in my head. Either live with the offset and look at the controls, or block out some of the controls and have a nice centered profile. Didn't want to deal with returns and don't know if there is a better sizing option. At least my OEM plastic screen is now mostly protected by glass which was the main reason I bought this item. I don't need to touch the right side of the panel anyway. UPDATE: I chose to carefully remove the protective glass in places where there were air bubbles and I managed to remove most of it. Now there are only tiny spots left, but they have improved a lot. I can give this product another 3/4 stars as I managed without breaking the glass like I did with the other reviewer. And I've gotten used to the offset position of the tread.
