The packaging did not correspond to the specified quantity.

I ordered 3 packs of 20 nuts because I need 56 nuts. Unfortunately I only received 51 of them. One pack had 20, another pack had 10 and the third pack had 11. So somehow they managed to shorten 9 nuts for me. Now if they would just give me 4 screws I would shrug and get on with my life. Now I'm stuck here, looking annoyed at my partially completed project and writing a scathing review.
