I had no hope of which cartridge to get due to conflicting information on the internet. Even a YouTube video on changing the cartridge from the hot water side to the cold water side gave different information about which fittings it covers than the link on Pfister's own website. I still have the manual that came with the faucet and it took me 3 days of digging to make a decision. My blender - phister H35, H35 and 835 - used the same cartridge on the hot side (910-691 LTH). On the chilled water side, 385 is used (910-681 RTH) which shuts off in reverse. Both have been replaced with (910-900) which are easily undone. In short, I bought it, installed it, it was fast, no leaks and it works great. If anyone knows I have 835 please add it here. It says so in the manual, but I'm not 100% sure. Lol Both of my knobs turn in the same direction. This is a great product at the lowest price you've ever had. Many Thanks.
