Actually two parts I haven't installed yet. They look well made. Last time I tried to replace the washers the white washers in the cartridge fell out of one out of it. I was struggling to get it right, put the disc back in. I was happy to see that the replacement cartridge now has a black ring on the bottom which should keep the discs inside the cartridge from falling out. Water was dripping still seat washers after replacement, but at the moment the leakage is so negligible that I have delayed

I had no hope of which cartridge to get due to conflicting information on the internet. Even a YouTube video on changing the cartridge from the hot water side to the cold water side gave different information about which fittings it covers than the link on Pfister's own website.
