The Haven chimney has been turned on many times since the flapper was installed but seems to be sticking well. Two problems. When working with him, he came off easily, maybe the tongue will help. Secondly it is rolled up so make sure you put weight on it after flattening, I didn't and when I removed the backing it rolled on itself and is VERY difficult to untie.
