Is working! Easy to install! Very important!

I was annoyed that the VW OEM lock no longer works at all. Seriously, why does a lock like this always wear out? But they are, and this aftermarket lock for the Tiguan is an identical copy. You need a special sprocket wrench to unscrew the old one (why wouldn't VW use a regular wrench? - the auto shop has a sprocket that fits my ratchet set). This aftermarket lock seems to be as good as a VW OEM lock for a fraction of the cost.
