This little candle has improved my quality of life 100%. Once again I woke up at 6:15 am to the strong smell of acrid cooking oil in my bedroom. My neighbors are very nice people who love to cook anytime. Unfortunately, the smell penetrates directly through our common wall. Now I don't care HOW MUCH you like the smells of cooking — the "novelty” of someone else's fried onions invading your home in the middle of the night or early in the morning. grow old! I thought I would have to move. I've tried everything: fans, an air freshener, and a $300 air purifier. Nothing was effective against these smells. That's how it was until now. The first time I lit it, I knew I had finally won the war. This soy candle WORKS! After about 20 minutes, the pleasant aroma of warm soy wax spreads throughout the house and completely dispels the unpleasant smell of cooking. Some reviewers said the candle smelled like bubble gum. I'm not sure what it is, but it smells good. It's not a strong scent at all. So it's a wonder it does a job that a big, expensive air purifier can't. I can't tell what witchcraft is at work here, but I'm really grateful for it. Hard to believe that something so simple can solve such a complex problem. But I love these candles and plan on buying them while I live in this house!
