My ball head, like many others, started playing a lot after 8 months of use. I can't straighten my shot in any way, and in windy weather my camera moves, making night shots in windy conditions impossible. I contacted Dolika because the tripod was getting weak and they said they would replace it if I couldn't fix it, he tried for 5 days and nothing helped. It was August 24, 2017, no new tripod from Dolika, no reply to my emails. Sent 4 emails and created a website request. They advertise a 5 year warranty but I haven't seen any support so far. I used and cared for the tripod almost every day (always kept it in the case). The guy who replied first was Gordon Minosse from Dolika, since then Dolika just ignores my emails.
