Good for a week then weak signal. The PC monitor color has been reduced and distorted, making it difficult to see clearly and read blurry text. I set the PC resolution to VGA, SVGA, XGA and WXGA, nothing works. Could it be the graphics card? Then I removed the Y splitter and Eureka restored the monitor to its original vivid color. The splitter did not work with the Dell PC Dimension. I give customer service 5 stars. Fast reaction. It cost me $7.85 for shipping and return postage for the $11.99 splitter. Maybe I got what I paid for, an inexpensive product. I then tried a cheaper product from Abacus and paid $10.93 including shipping. It works just fine!
