Works but falls off after fourth use

This slide works and I believe the size is correct. However, it had a powdery substance on it. I didn't pay much attention to it, but then the substance turned into very dirty flakes. I was able to remove most with a lint roller. I still plan to use them and hope that the muesli doesn't somehow stick to the cup. In theory they shouldn't, but I like a clean work environment. For those who have an image burned in, this can be prevented with a barrier; A few layers of butcher paper should help.
