It's free! That alone makes it worth using. I like being able to re-book my flights without paying anything extra and having no hidden fees. The app itself is easy enough to use but sometimes when you are trying to do something else (like send an email), it can get confusing because there isn't always a clear way of getting back into what you were doing before. If nothing else, this allows me to look at the status of my next few trips and know if they will be delayed or not - which helps me plan accordingly.
