Review on Megahome by Demian Shah

In an effort to enhance the quality of my drinking water, I recently made a replacement filter buy from Megahome's website. My interactions with the business were disappointing. To begin with, the filters I got were different from what was advertised. When I called customer support to ask about exchanging them, I had to wait a long time and received unhelpful responses because they were not compatible with my water filtration system. I tried for a long time to get in touch with someone who could help me, and when I did, they weren't very contrite or helpful. I had to send a few more emails and make a few more phone conversations before I finally received my refund. Overall, my dealings with Megahome were very frustrating. Unfortunately, the service I got was just as poor as the product I ordered. This is not a business I can endorse, and I will not be buying from them again.
