This is a great alternative to other slip on canvas sneakers at this price! They have taken a little longer to break in than I expected, but the more times I put them on, the longer I was able to wear them. In terms of comfort, I had to wear socks during the break-in period when shopping or my part of the foot would get blisters. So I would probably give it three stars to begin with. After the initial hiatus I would rate it four stars as I don't need to wear socks when wearing these slip ons. Arch support is minimal. Also in terms of the lifespan of these slip-ons, I've been into them for a long time and they've held up pretty well. I assume they will last a long time. What I like: Stylish, grows with you, comfortable over time, durable and feels like I got something worth what I paid for. What I don't like: Getting used to it Conclusion: I would still buy a pair.
