Shopping Experience That Was Not Up to Par at CravenSpeed

The service that I received from CravenSpeed, from which I recently purchased some replacement components for my vehicle, left me feeling less than enthusiastic to say the least. Because the website was so difficult to navigate, it took me a lot more time than it should have to locate the information that I was looking for. After I had placed my order, I anticipated that it would appear in a matter of days; however, it took more than a week for the items to reach their destination. When they did eventually show up, the packaging was substandard, and one of the components had been broken sometime during transit. I called their customer service department in the hopes that they would be able to solve the problem swiftly, but the representatives I spoke with were uninterested and provided responses that were not helpful. It was abundantly obvious that they did not care about the quality of the service that I received as a customer. The entirety of my time spent purchasing at CravenSpeed was, on the whole, fraught with dissatisfaction for me. The website was difficult to navigate, the shipping was painfully sluggish, the packaging was shoddy, and the customer service representatives were unhelpful. I will not be doing business with them again, nor will I ever suggest that anyone else do so.
