all restaurants should have these but they don't. We spotted them when the restaurant was using one so we could take home half a bottle. Now we keep them in the car. If we don't finish our bottle at dinner and the restaurant doesn't have it, we use ours. It's better than driving drunk or losing a good glass of wine. I believe this very light bag makes carrying an open bottle legal in most states. This is the only truly legal way I know of to take home an open bottle in Florida. I think it's common for restaurants to stock them for customers.
