The most helpful thing about this software was being able to send all of my appointment reminders in one place instead having them sent out from each provider office I work with (which sometimes caused scheduling conflicts).

There were some glitches that would make it take longer than normal before you could actually add an appt., which frustrated me as well because i had been waiting several days only when those appointments finally came through they weren't properly scheduled or entered into our system correctly so we couldn’t see their details until after another day passed by without any updates! Make sure your techs are very familiar/knowledgeable w/this program bc there's no support staff available if issues arise during use - especially since its expensive compared t0 other options like Google calendar etc- otherwise great service!! We're improving upon how efficient communications go between offices & patients regarding upcoming doctor visits but also tracking medical records.
