The ease of use for any user, whether experienced or inexperienced! It's one-stop shop that allows you to easily organize your documents in multiple ways - from simple file folders all the way up through sophisticated workflow processes with other applications like Workfront. There are too many features built into this product but they're easy enough to find even if it takes some time (and trial & error) until someone gets used to how things work best within Doclib itself. I have yet to run across something about their service delivery team which doesn't make me appreciate them more each day. We've been able to better manage our files as well ensure compliance by having everything we need at fingertips.
