There's a reason most reviewers only give it one star.
Cons:1. If you put the ink cartridge in the bottom first instead of the top, there's a good chance it will jam and get stuck. It took me a while and three tools to get it out.2. The ink just doesn't flow well. Mine had to be shaken vigorously to start and then refused to continue to flow reliably. 4. The user manual could have shown in more detail how to hold the pen. Pros: 1. It has some good illustrations of the four main writing styles. Spend a little more and you'll get a more reliable device. This goes back to Revane
