I give it five stars because it does what it says on the tin. This is rated five stars these days. While I wish the lid was a little tighter, the ice cubes stay that way for at least 6 hours. The tongs don't have a "hanging point" on the bucket, but you can easily make one up. I am satisfied and will recommend it.
