Review on Canon EF 24mm f/1.4L II USM Wide Angle Lens - Fixed - Black, Model 2750B002 by Niko Knight

Holy Moly. Lifestyle photography, product photography, portrait photography, you name it… this 24mm prime lens is about as versatile (if not more) than my 35mm prime lens. In the last two weeks I have had to take several product photos for a number of watch companies and I am very satisfied with the results. I'll admit there's a bit of distortion, but nothing that can't be corrected in Lightroom. What I love most is that oily f/1.4 aperture…. Oh man the detail and clarity is out of this world and they have really enhanced my photography because of that extended range. I know everyone advises getting this if you want to start with 35mm. but since it works most of the time I think the 24mm lens is not only a great wide angle lens but also a worthy competitor for portrait, everyday and product photography. I'm so happy I made this purchase, I just kick myself for not having done it sooner.
