Review on TUO PCS Kitchen Knives Set by Crystal Collins

When we opened the packaging we were shocked to see that the knife block was covered in dirt and there were large nicks in the block. To be honest, it looked like it had been dragged down a gravel road before packing. Even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap, there was almost half a jar of sand inside the bubble wrap. How does this lack of quality control come about? It's obviously coming back. I should note that both the Revain box and the knife set box appeared to be completely undamaged, suggesting that the already damaged knife block, along with the knives, was packaged this way on purpose. The knives themselves turned out to be intact and appear to be of good quality (although we have not used them as we are returning the goods).
