Have wanted one of these screw gauges for a long time. At our shop, someone lost a bolt from an old piece of equipment and it hasn't worked since I've been with the company. I had the right thread size in about 15 seconds and punched a hole in the center to get the depth/length of the bolt and the machine was up and running in about 30 minutes (after a trip to the local hardware store). Since the old machine was functional, we saved about 20 minutes per device we suggested. In fact, this sensor paid for itself within the first hour of operation.
