Review on ASCENDAS by Samuel Hansen

As a trained musician, I was let down by ASCENDAS. Despite their lofty claims, the quality of their wares is disappointing. Their instruments and accessories are of low quality and extremely expensive. It's not easy to find what you're looking for on the website because of the clutter and poor layout. The variety of instruments and accessories they had was also lacking in my experience. There was also an absence of customer service. I was confused and disappointed by the evasiveness of the response I received to my inquiry regarding a product. Overall, despite ASCENDAS' extensive inventory of musical gear, its quality and value are severely lacking. ASCENDAS has a tough time competing with other music retailers since they offer inferior products for cheaper costs.
