The quality of the camera itself is good but the software is absolutely terrible and not user friendly at all! Neither the application nor the Windows program allow you to switch videos by dragging the slider and you cannot change the playback speed. Instead, you have to download the footage to your computer, which takes forever. You also can't specify a directory where the files will be saved and they will magically disappear after they're saved. I rate camera quality and ease of use a 4 and software and display features an absolute 0. At some point within the first 2 weeks the system stopped recording. I tried reviewing the footage and it said "collect disk info" and then just didn't do anything. It's a real piece of junk and I'm shocked it cost $200!
