Good product and customer service

The setup is relatively easy, the quality of the cameras is impressive, especially the 'night vision'; That's great. I had a small problem with one of the cameras and they solved it very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. A few tips: these cameras are amazing for the price, and they each have a microphone that you can mute or adjust the volume to hear what's going on where they're aimed. I turned one on and turned off the rest, but all of these are selectable.

Software is terrible, difficult to view recorded footage remotely

The quality of the camera itself is good but the software is absolutely terrible and not user friendly at all! Neither the application nor the Windows program allow you to switch videos by dragging the slider and you cannot change the playback speed. Instead, you have to download the footage to your computer, which takes forever. You also can't specify a directory where the files will be saved and they will magically disappear after they're saved. I rate camera quality and ease of use a 4 and…

not so good: security and surveillance

NVR is slowing down. Images appear 15 or 20 seconds later than real time. WiFi performance is terrible. At best, you can safely expect 50 feet. Cloud Functions is terribly unreliable. We have found that the mobile app and the PC app mostly view your system offline. Honestly, if you need something reliable, look elsewhere. Image quality is mediocre at best. Wireless capabilities are useless at best unless all devices are in the same room. You get what you pay for. Honestly I wonder if all the…
