NVR is slowing down. Images appear 15 or 20 seconds later than real time. WiFi performance is terrible. At best, you can safely expect 50 feet. Cloud Functions is terribly unreliable. We have found that the mobile app and the PC app mostly view your system offline. Honestly, if you need something reliable, look elsewhere. Image quality is mediocre at best. Wireless capabilities are useless at best unless all devices are in the same room. You get what you pay for. Honestly I wonder if all the good reviews were bought. We professionally install video surveillance systems and that's not enough for a home let alone a business. It must be embarrassing to have written a manual of mine. bad english which makes it extremely confusing. The English web interface also contains misspelled words. "netword interdace" which I assume should be "network interface". From now on we will definitely choose another solution. The low price is attractive but ends up costing a lot more. Cameras are mediocre. The NVR is less useful and less responsive than the app on my iPhone. beware.
