but if I do it right, the knives are very sharp. This is the only stone I use

Makes my knives very sharp. I need to know how to use it and if I make a mistake I can spot it, but if I do it right the knives will be very sharp. This is the only stone I use and I'm glad I bought the 2000/5000 grit.
