I ordered X Large and if you stretch those.
I ordered X Large and when you tighten the belt it looks like Medium to Large. I bought them for my elderly father who has lost a lot of weight, I think they will suit him. I just don't think I can wear them and my waist is 38x40 so if you think the X Large might fit don't count on it.
