Installation is easy, comes with plenty of zip ties in case the self-adhesive backing doesn't fit. It's only been in the car a day, let's see how the glue holds up in the summer heat. The color range is nice and the remote is responsive, but I found a few bugs: 1) When using one of the pre-selected color modes (fade/flash/fade to music) the brightness cannot be adjusted and is set to maximum brightness. Not a big problem but will be a bit distracting when driving. 2) The music sensitivity is a little high. On 3/4 music sync settings, the blinking is almost continuous instead of just changing color when playing bass, for example. Overall not a bad product for $13 and I'll update this review later if anything changes. ** **UPDATE*** The adhesive keeps peeling off one of the lights, I'll see if I can use a zip tie to hold it in place. The Flash-to-Music function is only triggered with engine noise and is therefore completely independent of the music being played. I will install the sensor somewhere else.
